Out and About

LCP always looks to support and encourage staff and their families in their own fundraising. We recently sponsored Chloe, the daughter of one of our accounts staff, Karen Badenoch, to abseil 150ft from the roof of her local hospital maternity unit, where she was born in fact! Chloe is terrified of heights but she overcame her fears and abseiled down to raise money for her chosen charity, Out and About. Well done Chloe!

Out and About includes disabled children and young people in the leisure opportunities going on in their local community; the ordinary, everyday things they want to access, but often can’t because of the barriers that get in their way.
