- A major European change programme required a team of experienced people to support the local managers in the transition. LCP provided a co-ordinated team of five senior operational managers across Europe to make the change happen.
- A retailer needed a supply chain director immediately, to lead a major change initiative and define the new role. LCP provided the interim and the new post.
