Leading the Omni-channel debate with Retail Week
LCP’s retail team was busy yesterday morning jointly hosting a Think Tank breakfast with Retail Week. The roundtable discussion included decision makers from many of the leading retailers in the UK, and the areas covered included:
1. The benefits seen so far from the investments they have made in Omni-channel
2. The operational challenges they have found in implementing Omni-channel
3. The importance of cross functional working and the role of supply chain partners in delivering results
4. The perspective on the the future of Omni-channel retailing
Much of the discussion was supported by the findings from this year’s LCP report, The Omni-channel Journey, and the roundtable will feature in a double page spread in the 11th March issue of Retail Week. This issue will also be available at Retail Week Live, an event that LCP will be speaking at. Our session, at 2.15pm on 17th March, is entitled Accelerating Customer-Centric Omni-Channel Transformation for double-digit growth. This will be delivered by David Wild, CEO of Domino’s Pizza and LCP Partner, Phil Streatfield.
