In the face of a downward trajectory of profits our client needed to understand how they could change their supply chain strategy to achieve turnaround. Working at board level we examined the end-to-end business operating model, from sourcing to customer delivery.
This enabled the development of a number of key initiatives to drive efficiency and cost effectiveness. Ultimately true value was delivered across the whole business – by placing supply chain at the heart of a new business strategy and designing a new operating model for future success.
