Phil is a Partner at LCP Consulting. He is a commercially-oriented supply chain professional with many years’ experience of improving supply chain performance within multiple industries. His passion is to drive costs down, drive customer service levels up and cash in. He has worked in retail, FMCG, wholesale and pharmaceuticals businesses.
Phil joined LCP in 2012 where he is responsible for the growth of the business operations and management strategy capability. He brings a wealth of retail expertise to the business – focusing on a range of initiatives which drive excellence for LCP’s clients in this category.
Phil has over a decade of board-level experience with accountability for supply chain strategy development and implementation. He has delivered sustainable breakthrough performance improvements in complex global and European supply chains. His functional experience spans manufacturing, procurement, merchandising, all elements of logistics and IT plus the management of transformational organisational change.
A recognised industry thought leader, Phil is a visiting fellow at Cranfield University and a CILT and CIPS fellow. He is a published author, a frequent speaker at industry events and a regular judge of Retail Week’s Supply Chain awards.
