Dr. Julian Mosquera

Position: Director

“Clients have to address issues in a much wider business context than ever before, taking an end-to-end process perspective, from planning through to supply, wherever and however the customer may interact with their organisation.

LCP’s experience in both retail and manufacturing gives us a unique cross-sector perspective and ability to deliver solutions, anchored in a client’s commercial reality.

Working with them to define their operating strategy and then deliver business process change is personally very rewarding. I love to continuously challenge and develop LCP's thinking and methodologies, to ensure we deliver real value and insight to our clients. This is what keeps LCP at the leading edge.”

Julian has been a Director of LCP for over 15 years. A specialist in project leadership and management of major supply chain improvement assignments, he works with companies on national and international assignments, helping them realise substantial operational savings.

Intensely practical and focused on achieving ‘bottom-line’ results, he is equally at home collaborating with senior management to guide strategic intent as he is working in an implementation environment across all levels.

Julian has an impressive track record working in all areas of business process change ranging from planning through manufacture and supply, covering both management (process, project and teaming) and technical (forecasting, planning and supply chain) aspects of change.

A former lecturer at the University of Liverpool, he has a Ph.D in Logistics Management. He is internationally recognised in this field and is a regular speaker at conferences in the UK and abroad.
