John is the Managing Director of LCP Consulting and has led and directed consulting assignments for over 15 years.

He has helped to define and implement change in both the UK public and private sector and in leading organisations across Europe, Africa, the Far East and the Americas, working with brands such as Tesco, ASDA, Somerfield, Harrods and M&S.

His focus for change has included: supply chain and logistics operations, purchasing, organisational re-structuring, corporate re-engineering enabled by new IT solutions, mergers and acquisitions, and the evolution of the UK public sector.

As Managing Director of LCP, he has worked with our clients to gain measurable business benefit through the combination of supply chain thinking and logistics rigour with an organisational approach to change. John’s focus is on bringing ‘practical and measurable innovation’ to client organisations.

He is a regular speaker at conferences in the UK and the USA.
